Please read the following information and complete the form to submit your application. 

 

Event Date: Sunday, October 1, 2023 

**New: Elevate will be a one day event in 2023 due to feedback from previous years, with exception of We Are Cochrane (Saturday, Sept 30th). Saturday is also National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and we encourage you to take part in the events surrounding this important day.

Application cut-off date is July 15, 2023.

 

PLEASE READ:

- Every effort will be made to involve your offering on the schedule however submission of the application does not guarantee participation. You will be contacted through the email provided if you are accepted.

- There is a $50 + gst registration fee for businesses. Once accepted, you will receive an invoice from "Quirk Social Ltd" for this fee. 

- The event is marketed throughout Cochrane & area through signage, posters, social media and event websites. Your business will have a clickable link on the Quirk Social event listing as well.

- Each participating business will receive one All Access Pass. 

- Elevate does not accept any MLM companies.

- Please answer each question in full for your application to be considered for the event. We may reach out to you if we require further information.
